There is always a sale, which I know is a sales tactic, but it means their prices a pretty good. Their game trading could be better but what ever. The staff are kind and helpful; they clearly know what they are talking about. Their EB World cards are a good idea which really engages you in their business and rewards you for doing so. Overall they could be a bit better but they give you an enjoyable experience.
