I purchased crochet hair on 7/23. The hair arrived 7/30. I was unable to run to the hair salon the second the hair arrived because I buy hair in advance. My hair was already done. I went to the hair salon on August 26. My hairdresser was not able to use the hair because of the large rubber band that had to be wrapped around 5 times on each piece of hair to tighten. I submitted a request on August 30th to return the hair. I never heard from them. So today, September 16th I am following up and was told I cant return or exchange unopened hair because I had it for several months.
I am a business owner and would never do business this way. Why was my original request never answered? I cannot think of one reason why I cant exchange 5 of the 6 unopened packs of hair. It's apparent they would rather loose customers.
I am appalled by the demeanor of the person I was chatting with.
And I am still unclear on the return policy.
