“I wouldn't dare order from them again. I purchased Xpression hair which is really good quality hair. Well it seems as the hair was different cheap quailty horrible hair in expressions packaging. Two different stylist told me it was fake due to certain identifiers that most braiders/stylist know about.”
“Ebonyline is the absolute worst company to do business with! Stay far away from this company! I had been dealing with them for years! I made a huge purchase with them and 2 of my items (drawstring ponytails) to be exact were defective. They told me I could return it, and I did. I kept emailing them to see what the hold up was with my refund…and that the items have been returned and I have confirmation of delivery via usps! These ppl kept saying that they would look into it. They never did. Months later I get a return of my defective ponytails that I sent back to them. They are so unprofessional and will never get another coin from me! I don’t care if it is my favorite hair piece and they are the only ones in the city that have it on hand! Keep your coins and spend them elsewhere!! “I been with ebonyline for YEARS. I got a notification saying package delivered. Went to my door and I saw nothing. Called Fed ex they said delivered. Long story short......Fed ex delivered my package to a wrong address. Fed ex said they had nothing to do with that. So therefore I had to file a claim with my credit card for a refund. I sent over proof of everything i had and got my refund. I tried to order from ebonyline again and customer service told me that because of a refund and a package I didn't get because Fed ex delivered my package to another house I can no longer order from their site. So......say less. Ebonyline is not the only online company that sell products.”

A couple of weeks ago I received a package. It had my first name and it had
.”BECKY “ as a middle name along with my last name. I assure you, my middle name is not Becky. I Proceeded to look at my account that I have with the company and saw that it had “ Becky with the good hair” as my middle name, and then my last name.
After a couple of days I emailed your customer service explaining to your company service how disrespectful that is. How my name is not even remotely close to “BECKY”. Let’s be clear we all know the phrase “ Becky with the good hair “ .
I received a response that maybe it was auto filled, Yes, it was , due to the name that is on the account that I have with your company.
The problem is my name is not Becky nor have I told anyone at your establishment that was my name.
I debated whether or not I was going to
write this review and decided that I should and hopefully this can be a “learning lesson” . I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and will no longer Use Ebony line for my hair needs.

“I purchased an order first they don't provide a tracking number I had to reach out to them thru their chat The same person that does the emails is the same person that does the chat. Larrisa is her name I have screen shota of my order where it has my address and the chat where she gave me the tracking number. I put it on USPS to get alerts and got an alert it was delivered when I check it said it was delivered to IL not to RI where I live so I reached out thru email they tell me it was returned to their address but why if it never in no moment in the tracking shows it came to RI it was rerouting back to them. So it was their mistake so she emails that it was teturn and as soon as the return was process they would refund my money instead of re shipping the order and expediting the order because it was their mistake. Meaning I would have to reorder again mind you they did not refund the full amount too.They are thieves bad customer services. I would not recommend buying anything from them”

“I had previously ordered a wig with Ebonyline that I loved so order three more. Although the wigs were the same style, the quality was very different. The lace part was narrower and you could see the tracks. I tried and tried, but no way to hide the tracks. In addition, there was a big lump of hair at the top of the wig that showed where the wig was sown in and showed more tracks. I tried everything even flat ironing it. but nothing could fix the problem. I reached out to Ebonyline but was told it was passed the deadline. I never thought to open all three wigs within 48 hours because the first wig was fine. Now I am stuck with two unwearable wigs and wasted my money. Lesson learned, but disappointed about poor and inconsistent quality of wigs. Won’t order from Ebonyline again.”
“Buyer Beware and shop somewhere else I ordered 5 wigs and never received them I showed them that the package was not delivered to me I advised EL that the proof of delivery proved that it wasn't delivered to my address they advised me to contact FedEx to request trace 4(x)s after speaking with FE sup I was told only the shipper (EL) could request a trace and all EL had to do was request that trace which they wouldn't do I'm a cancer survivor who's hair didn't grow back after chemo and I tell all my fellow survivors and all our supporters to never use EL”
“I spent over $200 on a human hair lace front wig and once the package arrived, I opened the box and there were 1-2 tears all over the lace front!!! I sent pictures to their customer service team and they asked me to send the wig back so they can exchange it. I sent it back and they said because they didn't receive it within 7 days, they will not exchange or refund me my money! I spoke back and forth with their team, via email, for 6 days before they sent me a return label! So of course they didn't receive it within 7 days! PLUS I had to pay for shipping. Horrible company! $200+ out the window. Will never order from that company again.”

“Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Placed my order on 1/16 and today 1/24 there is still no tracking update. Contacted the company and was initially told that the website will be updated the same day. It never was! Contacted them again and was told it was USPS holding it up. It would take 7-14 days to ship, even though when I placed the order it stated it would ship same day. This is not true as USPS has not even received package. Will never use this site again. Mind you when I placed the order it stated it would ship out the same day. I’ll stick to local beauty supply store or Amazon in the future.”
