I purchased an order first they don't provide a tracking number I had to reach out to them thru their chat The same person that does the emails is the same person that does the chat. Larrisa is her name I have screen shota of my order where it has my address and the chat where she gave me the tracking number. I put it on USPS to get alerts and got an alert it was delivered when I check it said it was delivered to IL not to RI where I live so I reached out thru email they tell me it was returned to their address but why if it never in no moment in the tracking shows it came to RI it was rerouting back to them. So it was their mistake so she emails that it was teturn and as soon as the return was process they would refund my money instead of re shipping the order and expediting the order because it was their mistake. Meaning I would have to reorder again mind you they did not refund the full amount too.They are thieves bad customer services. I would not recommend buying anything from them

Encourages you to use the discount shipping, but you better get that insurance or order from amazon. Never received my package. The post office or the company does not want to take responsibility.

I had previously ordered a wig with Ebonyline that I loved so order three more. Although the wigs were the same style, the quality was very different. The lace part was narrower and you could see the tracks. I tried and tried, but no way to hide the tracks. In addition, there was a big lump of hair at the top of the wig that showed where the wig was sown in and showed more tracks. I tried everything even flat ironing it. but nothing could fix the problem. I reached out to Ebonyline but was told it was passed the deadline. I never thought to open all three wigs within 48 hours because the first wig was fine. Now I am stuck with two unwearable wigs and wasted my money. Lesson learned, but disappointed about poor and inconsistent quality of wigs. Won’t order from Ebonyline again.

Buyer Beware and shop somewhere else I ordered 5 wigs and never received them I showed them that the package was not delivered to me I advised EL that the proof of delivery proved that it wasn't delivered to my address they advised me to contact FedEx to request trace 4(x)s after speaking with FE sup I was told only the shipper (EL) could request a trace and all EL had to do was request that trace which they wouldn't do I'm a cancer survivor who's hair didn't grow back after chemo and I tell all my fellow survivors and all our supporters to never use EL

I spent over $200 on a human hair lace front wig and once the package arrived, I opened the box and there were 1-2 tears all over the lace front!!! I sent pictures to their customer service team and they asked me to send the wig back so they can exchange it. I sent it back and they said because they didn't receive it within 7 days, they will not exchange or refund me my money! I spoke back and forth with their team, via email, for 6 days before they sent me a return label! So of course they didn't receive it within 7 days! PLUS I had to pay for shipping. Horrible company! $200+ out the window. Will never order from that company again.

Place sucks! Don’t order from them. I’ve had 2 instances with them that they have given me trouble. Recently, they said they delivered my item but it wasn’t here. Told them it never showed up and they refused to rectify it. Told them I’d turn them in and they didn’t care. No refund. No product. Treated me so badly! Don’t ever order from them!

***Buyer Beware*** I would not advise anyone to shop online through Ebonyline. Their shipping is extremely slow, and you may or may not receive your complete purchase. Just know if there are any issues, Ebonyline WILL NOT honor their obligation to fulfill your order. I was missing 2 of the 4 items I ordered and they did nothing to fix the issue.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Placed my order on 1/16 and today 1/24 there is still no tracking update. Contacted the company and was initially told that the website will be updated the same day. It never was! Contacted them again and was told it was USPS holding it up. It would take 7-14 days to ship, even though when I placed the order it stated it would ship same day. This is not true as USPS has not even received package. Will never use this site again. Mind you when I placed the order it stated it would ship out the same day. I’ll stick to local beauty supply store or Amazon in the future.

This is the first and last time I will order from them. They lack proper communication and transparency. I am starting to understand the low ratings, outside of those who do targeted reviews from them. It is truly sad, I really though they would be genuine, but I guess that is a lot to ask now a days.

Please don’t waste your money with this company. Their 7-day return policy is disregarded because they fail to respond to customer’s requests for a return or exchange, and when they finally do is to notify you that it’s been over 7 days so you have to keep their product. I was advised to report them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) for their unfair practices, and that’s exactly what I’m doing after I’m done with this review.

Worse customer service ever contacted them to let them know hair was missing they took forever to respond then told me no hair was missing I provided pictures that showed the proof of the missing hair offered no remedy they Also need to update the website with hair availability but when you order they will tell you the hair has to be ordered causing a delay

Fedex misdelivered my package and this website ebonyline refused to help me with a replacement. this is the worst company to order from. there customer service is terrible, they dont answer the phone when you call and when someone finally picked up, and hung right up in my face. this company cannot be trusted (BUYERS BEWARE) do not buy anything from this company, there are better websites that have good prices and great customer service, this company aint it.

I was having trouble with their website and I ordered a lace wig, but when I clicked on the order button nothing happened so I assumed that the item wasn’t ordered! , because, once you click the order and it goes through you instantly get a reading which says “THANK YOU YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED”. But I never got that so I kept on clicking and I clicked it five times! But when I checked my account I realized five different payments came out of my account ! So In all 900.00 Canadian dollars came out of my account! I sent them and email telling them I wanted to Cancel 4 of the orders and I just wanted one! Guess what they did. They kept 10.00 on each of the 4 orders and never gave me my full refund on each order! Be aware of this company !!

I will never order from this website again. First of all nothing is never in stock I cancelled the last order because I didnt want to wait for the items to be restocked they sent half of my refund back to my card. The other half took about 3 weeks NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Please listen to other reviews concerning this site. I ordered five wigs and could not one exchange for a different color. Before I could finish the chat with Zahid she cut me off. Amazon is better than this site.

They didn't deliver my order. I messaged them after 17 days and the service rep was so rude to me. I am still waiting on my order or refund till now. It's been 20 days since. They are the wort! Bad customer experience.

I agree with the others. Their customer service is awful!! I ordered something that was the wrong length. I chatted with them explaining this and they told me we’ll send you a return label for you to return it. I was waiting for them to start raining again to let me know what the process was for me to receive another item that I ordered. I had to initiate the the question asking will you be sending me the correct item? The reply I received was you will need to return what you received first and get a refund and you’ll have to place a new order. Who has time for that? I needed the item when I needed it, not have to receive it wrong, return it back due to their mistake, get refunded, order another one and receive it. Additionally, they will send an email stating that something is out of stock when they show that it is in stock online, very deceiving. You’re taking your chances if you order from them.
