I have been ordering from Ebony line for years. They were my number one go to hair supplier. However, within the past two months, I have gotten four incorrect hair orders from them. The first order I kept and gave it away, and they offered me a 5% credit on ordering the correct color. When I did that, however, they still sent me the same wrong color. I suggested that it was a problem with their manufacturer. They completely ignored my emails. After an interval, I ordered again, and the same thing happened. I was ignored again. Then my daughter ordered a unit from them, they sent the wrong order, and she was ignored. At this point, I will never, ever, do business with them again. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. If I could give negative stars, I would.
