Will not recommend, they are rude and unprofessional. I end up canceling my order because I will not tolerate spending my money with ass holes! The online rep Dae kept ending our chat and blocked me from entering a chat at all.

Ebonyline doesn't respond to customers complaints or concerns. They put out a fake toll free number. When I emailed them a about return, they wouldn't even respond. Worst customers service ever. The wig I purchased was horrible, it look like and felt like glue was slather on it ...just awful. When I reached out through email and online, no response. Please don't waste your money or time.

This company is a front for credit card fraud! My credit/debit card information was stolen 3 times after I ordered from this company. It took me a while to make the connection due to the pandemic and my increase in online shopping. However, the last time solidified it for me because it was a new card that had never been used for an online purchase. They are aslo associated with the company ShopHairWigs.com. I have made a formal complaint but we all know that investigations take time. Please take your money elsewhere. Its not worth the hassle or the worry about your identity.

I placed an order earlier this week and it was successfully submitted but then I got a message the following day saying they're refunding my money without an explanation. I will never use this site again bc every time I do something bad always happens. They've always givin me problems. This is the most trashiest, triflin online store for hair I ever came across.

Do not buy from this company. I did not listen to the warnings. They have very unfair business practices and will take your money, offer you an insult percentage off to your dissatisfaction of their sub-par product. First my order was never processed, and I had to call and tell them they are holding money on my credit card. I get the hair, it was not what they were selling, I reached out to them for a reasonable solution and they offered me 12% discount after I spent nearly $60. Never again will I ever trust this company.

I ordered 2 wigs and they sent the wrong color. BEWARE! IF YOU SHOP HERE THEY HAVE NO FREE RETURN POLICY AND YOU MUST REQUEST RETURN APPROVAL VIA EMAIL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ORDERING BUT IT TAKES THEM 4 DAYS TO RESPOND! By the 4th email on the 5th day they finally responded. Because they are greedy and thieves, they do not do free returns so I payed $20 to return the package(cheapest rate possible) and then THEY CHARGE A 20 PERCENT RESTOCK FEE SO THE RETURN COST ME MORE THAN A WIG I PURCHASED! THEY WERE UNAPOLOGETIC AND RUDE. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Be careful. It's worth spending extra money and ordering somewhere else. Just like other reviews, my credit card information was stolen from here as well. They have shaky employees. They charged me for an order that I canceled. They gave the money back and then charged me the money again. Then the Melissa girl had nerve to be in her feelings about me posting a review. I have all the proof and screen shots from my bank where they charged me again!! Some guy named Hector was the second person to charge me. This company is a scam underneath their hair sales. I'll make sure that no one that I know buys anything from them again. Be careful!!

I had my credit card information stolen after making a purchase here. The purchase didn’t go through and they didn’t bother to tell me. I had to contact them about what was going on with what I bought. Since I never shop online anywhere else other than a few trusted places, guess what Ebonyline? All eyes are on you for purchases elsewhere (BevMo, some FunkoPop type store…) that I never made. These were big buys, too. Did your employee really need that many action figures? What a hassle. I took a chance with these guys and got burned.

I purchased crochet hair on 7/23. The hair arrived 7/30. I was unable to run to the hair salon the second the hair arrived because I buy hair in advance. My hair was already done. I went to the hair salon on August 26. My hairdresser was not able to use the hair because of the large rubber band that had to be wrapped around 5 times on each piece of hair to tighten. I submitted a request on August 30th to return the hair. I never heard from them. So today, September 16th I am following up and was told I cant return or exchange unopened hair because I had it for several months. I am a business owner and would never do business this way. Why was my original request never answered? I cannot think of one reason why I cant exchange 5 of the 6 unopened packs of hair. It's apparent they would rather loose customers. I am appalled by the demeanor of the person I was chatting with. And I am still unclear on the return policy.

If there was the option to give them minus 1,000+, I would, but the minimum is 1, that is why they got it from me. They lie on the colors, and they find ways to put a disclaimer to protect their mistake or ignorance of colors. I ordered 2 wigs, 4/27 and 4/30. What I received was 2 black wigs with very little 27 and 30 highlights. I emailed them immediately, and their response was, the colors on our site is just suggestions, yet, they show you the right color that it should be. I then received their email saying that I need to pay the return shipping, and they would charge 20% restocking. When I asked them to clarify, they said that they have already mentioned on their site that the colors are just suggestions. How can you show something on your site as the colors, which are the right colors, and then ship the wrong colors? STAY AWAY from this company. It will cost you money to buy from them, and they will ship the wrong color to you.

I received a wig that was defective. It had a middle closure that was sewn up so high it looked like a ponytail in the middle of the wig with weft showing as the ponytail holder. I emailed these people over 10 times and used their live chat twice. Both representatives were rude. Told me they didnt get my emails. After verifying the email on the website and the agent by chat they still claimed to not get my emails. Told me my email service was messed up. So I forwarded the message chain and copied 4 people on there and got 3 responses, so the email worked. Their email never returned back an error to me. They dont have a live phone operator just email and chat. I spent hours trying to plead my case and sent images through the chat all for them to say they would send me an email with the case information and I never got an email. One of my wigs was nice the other a waste of 40 dollars. I will never ever again buy from them. Customer service is horrible and they scam and are disrespectful and lie.

THEE WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! I have never encountered a more poorly trained, unprofessional company in my life!!!!! They’re truly the entire ghetto!!! I was told that all packs of hair weren’t in stock, although I paid for 4 packs of hair. I then told them to issue a refund for the 1 pack of hair they did not have and was told I would receive the refund!!!! I then went to a different company to purchase the one pack of hair they emailed me saying they didn’t have since I needed 4 packs total for my hairstyle. After being told I would be refunded for the one back of hair their unprofessional selves said they didn’t have, I had to email them asking when would first, my order ship, and two, be refunded for the one pack of hair they “didn’t” have. They’ll tell you one thing but of course not follow through with what they tell you they’ll do!!! You have to reach out to them numerous times to get a response. They are so ready to shoot you down without fully reading the email since they don’t take phone calls anymore. They have a cheap minded mentality and I’m sure they’ll never level up since they provide low level service!!!! They don’t value your dollar; only there’s. You speak to a ton of different people and everyone says they’re going to make note of when you need the order and make sure it’s sent out the day they say they’re going to send it, but I had to contact them every time bc they never followed through with what they said they would do. So again, I emailed them bc I had not received confirmation of a refund or a shipment confirmation to asked them where was the tracking info and my refund. I’m then told that they have all of the product in stock and that I won’t receive a refund. Mind you, I’ve already purchased the one pack needed for my hairstyle because I was told they didn’t have it in stock!!! Proper customer service would have known what was in inventory before you tell someone that you do or don’t have the item. My last words to them was to refund me for the pack of hair they did not have. I should have received an email saying they indeed had all packs of hair in stock, but no, I was not updated at all and went to purchase the last pack of hair elsewhere. The untrained woman, (the 5th person I’ve talked to about my order) emails me back saying they have all packs of hair and will be sending me all 4 packs of hair and asked if that was okay. I emailed her back saying no it wasn’t okay because I already purchased the last pack of hair they said they didn’t have and asked AGAIN for a refund for the one pack they didn’t have. This took place at about 420pm. They then tell me it’s nothing else they can do bc the order had already been sent off which was a lie because when I received tracking, the shipment order wasn’t even created until 448pm and the order wasn’t picked up until 509p. So a refund should have been made bc when asked, I told them to refund me. The shipment info had not been created when they told me it was sent off. I can’t even begin to explain how horrible of a company they are. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!! If anything goes wrong, they’ll put it on you!!! They’re too thirsty for a coin and it shows. They’re not understanding or compassionate!!! If I could give them a negative rating I would. They’re not even good enough for a zero star rating.

I placed a order for clips. Clip arrived cracked and I sent a request for instructions on how to get a refund. I was told to send an RMA form, which I did with image. I am literally in a back and forth battle with Daejonna D about images not being sent and she cannot see the crack in the clips. I have never in my life had to go back and forth with customer service like this. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed.They just did not want to provide a refund.

This company should be shut down ASAP, things they do not even legal. first of all, there is no way of reaching them, they phone number is just a voice mail. second, they is no option to cancel your order. Third most of the items they sell they don't even have in stock. still haven't received any updates on an order i places 3 weeks ago. It's amazing online companies like this can continue to rip people off and get away with it.

I place an order on the 21st of March didn’t receive my item until April 6 their was nobody that notified of what’s going on with my order at first they had cancel my order and return my payment after a week of waiting they took the payment out once again so once the products came one of the packages was ripped with hair sticking out and the other two was open as if someone had tampered with the hair so I called but the number didn’t work so then I email someone and they finally answer I took pictures and sent them my issue after I had to email three different times I finally got someone who email the manager only for the manager to say that the products was find only cosmetics issue towards the package I’m a person that understands that quality is better that quantity I felt some time of way seeing my packages that I just opened up damaged and opened Ebonyline is a unprofessional place for business I will never shopped there again I was a first time customer and will be a last time customer

Are they for real? Do they really exist?Customers Service is horrible, and sucks. Rude, evasive and matter-of-fact responses. Orders MIA. Let the Buyer beware!!! They are liars and will rip you off! Hell they may be going out getting the item and reselling it which is why it may take so long. I will never ever order from them again! Terrible experience and horrible, I mean horrible service!! They take your money and then take their time in getting your order to you in weeks!!! They're full of %&#$!! Despicable company!

OMG! Please, please, please...do NOT give these people your hard earned money! I cannot stress to you enough now rude each and every customer service member was to me. Often times it’s not what you say, but how you say it. They basically tried to threaten me if I looked in contacting the BBB. They also said they didn’t really care about me returning as a customer. Please folks, hear me out, I had no tracking info on my order and I was informed to contact them by a certain date if I had not heard from them. I sent an additional help ticket and the response I got was don’t send extra tickets because we’re all going to tell you the same thing. No help provided. Just that message! The phone number listed doesn’t work. Only chat and email. I don’t know how my product will be yet because....no one seems to know where it’s at. They’ve blamed the snow storm and even me for the missing package. They have zero compassion and care for customers. Please find a different venue in which to spend your money! I beg you.

This website is horrible. What they say they have in stock they never do so keep an eye on your email. Also I have made multiple orders and did not recive my points. All of the customer service reps are rude they make you feel like your bothering them! You need your hair in a week or less? Dont count on it give it 3 weeks with or without covid also be prepared to not recive a tracking number unless you email and ask for it. Use glamortress or blackhairspray you make an order and theres no need to watch your email you will get your items on time too

This website is terrible. I ordered from here once before and they did not communicate that the item was out of stock. I was just waiting and waiting until i finally emailed and encountered the RUDEST customer service agent. I tried to give the website a chance again because they were they were the only ones who carried a specific item, and once again they did not communicate ANYTHING regarding my shipping I had to email them ONCE AGAIN to get information. Again, I encountered the agent. Carries T is the worst person I have ever spoken with or emailed. This man or woman needs to be trained in CUSTOMER SERVICE! This person makes me not even want to TRY to spend my money here. I ordered a week in advance and paid for priority shipping and it will not be here on time. They do not even want to cancel my order and give my refund. Extremely ridiculous, RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL. ORDER : #1222185
