I place an order for product their website stated was IN STOCK then place another order for some crochet hair for my daughter. The second order was given a tracking number but not the first. This was odd to me and when I inquired, three of the four items I ordered was OUT OF STOCK. Instead of them saying that, they said nothing. They lead me to believe the items were in stock so I would order and pay for them is how I feel. It was about getting the money in my opinion. When I reached out to the rep on chat because I could not find a customer service number, she told me the items were out of stock. I immediately requested to cancel the order and refund my money. Thank God I paid via Pay Pal because they did refund my full payment immediately while on the chat. I previously stopped shopping with Ebonyline because the customer service was TERRIBLE but I figured after a couple years it may have gotten better, but needless to say, it didn't.
