First, before I ordered I contacted customer service via email and asked about the appearance whether it had a true scalp. They didn't know nothing about nothing. She said she didn't know about the product and couldn't answer me. So I ordered the wig and it didn't have a scalp. It was ugly and cheap and now they want me to pay to send it back.
Second, the other wig looked nothing like the photo the color was not #2 which is dark brown but was black. It was short and way too tight.
Both wigs were garbage!
