"Google Review for Ebonyline.com:\r\n\r\nI have been a loyal customer of Ebonyline for over a decade, but enough is enough. Over the years, I have received several subpar units \u2014 some that I simply threw away, gave away, or tolerated despite the poor quality. Unfortunately, the situation has gotten worse, not better.\r\n\r\nMost recently, I received another defective unit \u2014 a Bobbi Boss product that was drastically different from the quality and construction I paid for. When I contacted Ebonyline, they dismissed my concerns as a \u201cslight variation\u201d and offered a token 10% discount \u2014 an insult given the premium prices being charged for inferior products.\r\n\r\nThis is not the first time I\u2019ve raised concerns with Ebonyline, and in every case, there was no real resolution. Their repeated failure to stand behind the products they sell shows a complete lack of respect for customers.\r\n\r\nBecause Ebonyline refused to properly address the situation, I escalated the matter to Midway International Inc., the distributor of Bobbi Boss. Their sales team acknowledged my concerns and has promised to escalate the matter internally \u2014 something Ebonyline should have done from the start.\r\n\r\nAt this point, it is clear that Ebonyline cannot be trusted to consistently deliver quality or customer service. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am taking further steps. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from them: Proceed at your own risk."

"Worse customer service ever contacted them to let them know hair was missing they took forever to respond then told me no hair was missing I provided pictures that showed the proof of the missing hair offered no remedy they Also need to update the website with hair availability but when you order they will tell you the hair has to be ordered causing a delay"

"Fedex misdelivered my package and this website ebonyline refused to help me with a replacement. this is the worst company to order from. there customer service is terrible, they dont answer the phone when you call and when someone finally picked up, and hung right up in my face. this company cannot be trusted (BUYERS BEWARE) do not buy anything from this company, there are better websites that have good prices and great customer service, this company aint it."
