I been with ebonyline for YEARS. I got a notification saying package delivered. Went to my door and I saw nothing. Called Fed ex they said delivered. Long story short......Fed ex delivered my package to a wrong address. Fed ex said they had nothing to do with that. So therefore I had to file a claim with my credit card for a refund. I sent over proof of everything i had and got my refund. I tried to order from ebonyline again and customer service told me that because of a refund and a package I didn't get because Fed ex delivered my package to another house I can no longer order from their site. So......say less. Ebonyline is not the only online company that sell products.
