I'm very disappointed in the customer service I have received. I placed an order . Fed ex marked the package delivered however I never received it. When I initially reached out I was told I had to wait 7 days before you all could file a claim. I waited the 7 days and reached back out only to be told there's nothing that could be done. Why tell me to wait as if there was a possibile resolution. I have been a loyal customer but don't have money to just be throwing away on a company that doesn't put their customers first. It's not like you guys can't resend it. I will not be returning
