Have been using eBuyer for a long time and was always satisified with the service.
Noticed items prices are now being quoted without the VAT. Makes for a less than straight forward buying experience as one has to work out how much they are actually going to pay and if it is a good deal. Personally, I am not a fan of that price presentation, and I liked it better when it was the price I saw is the price I paid (+shipping if applicable)!!
