Very frustrating that my son went through the order but was then unable to purchase because he was 15, even though it was through his bank account. However they responded to his query on the next day which means that I am able to order it, and very happy with the ordering. Please note that you will probably be asked to provide a passport photo and a old utility bill, which you will have to email over.
