The service and availability is excellent, in fact everything about the company eBuyer is excellent. What consistently lets you down is using cheap, unreliable couriers like Yodel. For that reason ALONE we moved the bulk of our ordering to Scan. We use eBuyer for non urgent supplies only, as we do not trust any order needed for next day. I pay more at Scan, but at least it gets here on time.
