Have generally had very good service in the past, this time a special offer of 3 network adaptors for the price of 2 was not fulfilled correctly and only a twin pack was sent. Customer support was very polite and said that they would look into it but it took a second telephone call to expedite delivery. I would have rated it poor but previous good service elevates it to "Normal".
