Wide selection of products available. Prices are usually competitive. Often have free next day delivery. Only bad points are that products ordered together often come in multiple packages with different couriers - why not just use one company?! Sadly the customer service team does let the company down, as knowledge is often lacking - & you are charged at non-geographic rate for the call! Pity really, as everything else is excellent.
