Ebuyer site is easy to navigate and doesn't hide behind prices without VAT so you know what you'll be paying. Delivery charges are reasonable considering the time-scales. Customer service are helpful and friendly and they do the best they can but aren't always able to resolve everything satisfactorily, and the use of Yodel is just unforgivable.
