I have been ordering online for years, first from eBay - until one too many commercial enterprises were represented, and one too many auctions went sour/turned out to be less than "honest". Then from Amazon, since they were better regulated than eBay. My friends had raved about Ebuyer for a long time, but this is the first time I tried them.
First thing that surprised me was the choice, far greater than I had expected. Next was the pricing, at least competitive with Amazon and, on the occasion of this order, £6 cheaper. This was largely due to the final point - delivery costs, significantly better than amazon for the same time/date range I desired.
Add to this the most hassle free account setup I have ever encountered (email, delivery address password - you're good to go, no mandatory credit card setup, no links to click to validate your mail address).
So, in short, the experience so far has been very positive, quick setup, good prices and cost effective delivery options. As for the actual delivery and product quality - I look forward to finding out. It could just be that Amazon moved to second place for me....
