Been dealing with eBuyer for years and on the whole they are excellent. Only issues I have had are returning a part back to them that had a technical fault, due to the nature of the fault it had to go back to the manufacturer but eBuyer did not advise me of this had to approach manufacturer directly. So they loose some points on customer service for that.
They are very good on delivery of goods and speed at which items are dispatched.
