I've always used Ebuyer from pretty much the start of its birth online. I've always had a great service and pricing to be reasonable. Much much better prices at the start of the store but still very competitive now.
I've never had to return much to them and cannot remember the last time I've needed the customer service.
All in all until I get a really bad experience i'd continue to use without hesitation as you know they are at least someone you can trust online.
