Dear Sir /madam,
Am a little confused as my order has been cancel due to "An item on your order has been discontinued or is now out of stock" (well I take it that's the reason for the cancellation, because I didn't cancel the order). I haven't checked yet but I hope I have been refunded. However, am now looking for another 22" TV and once again your web site has come up with the same TV and saying you have in stock. I have order another 22" TV to be delivery tomorrow. I have paid £10 next day delivery charge which I am not happy about, if my 1st order had gone through I would of received the TV yesterday which I requested for free delivery .
So I am not happy with the service.
