I had a product that failed under the guarantee period & I was offered a replaeemnt item which turned our to be out of stock so a credit was issued which was all fine, but the procedure seemed to be some what of an ordeal jumping through all of the various hoops. Would be much better if this could be simplified. Prices are competative & servise otherwise good. Thanks
