When I enter a site such as ebuyer, I usually have a general idea of what I want to buy, but need help finding the specific item. Therefore good search options are essential otherwise one just gives up and goes elsewhere. I've found the ebuyer site to be accessible and user-friendly in this respect. Conversely, I quite like being offered tangential information such as 'people buying this also bought...' Sometimes it opens your eyes to options you would not otherwise have considered. The visual layout is generally clear and all directions obvious; there are no 'blind alleys' in the navigation, although occasionally one might like slightly more information as to where one is once one makes such a 'side-ways' leap within the site. But too much visual clutter is distracting, and it is better to be given the opportunity to explore further than having too many decision forks constantly in front of you. The actual buying process is straightforward, and about as short as it can be. It might be good to mention that Paypal might delay delivery if your address is not on their approved list BEFORE you encounter the fact right at the very end of the chain. I gave a rating of 4, good. I enjoyed using the site, and found it easy to do so.
