I've bought a fair amount from Ebuyer over the years and have found them to be a solid company with reasonable support. However, I have also had one or two problems over those years which is why I removed a star since getting the problems sorted out is not as easy as Amazon or some other companies. Having said that I do believe they have improved their level of service but I've not recently had a way to test that. One of the things which a lot of companies do to compete with Ebuyer is on postage. It's sometimes hard to suck up the postage charges unless you are ordering something of high value to offset this. In all though they deserve a good rating and are a trustable company to deal with .
