Have used Ebuyer quite a few times and so far have no bad experiences, things seem to turn up when they should and billing etc is always spot on.
Had the first occasion to need a warranty fix for a multi-function printer I bought a few months ago and Ebuyer arranged for an on-site visit and the printer was fixed and working within a day or two.
