My first experience of ebuyer was really disappointing. I placed my order on Tuesday 17th December, it stated delivery within 5 working days which takes me to Tuesday 24th December. Order 20406800 I received an email Thursday 19th Dec that stating it had been dispatched but will not be with me until 27th December which is obviously too late for Christmas and strange as i only live 20 minutes away from Howden. I asked to either cancel my order or come and pick it up from Howden. The response from the customer service team was to cancel the order and sorry for inconvenience!! I have actually placed the order again with a £10 charge to ensure it gets here for Christmas. Its really disappointing there was no offer to get it to me on time, even if there had been a charge.
