If everything goes smoothly, then it's a top notch company to deal with.
I had an order that recently came incomplete. I had a devil of a job getting anywhere with the missing items, so after a month of little progress, I returned the rest of my order (as it was useless without the missing items). Deliverd items had been sent "Next Day"...a little pointless if they can't be used!
