You do have some very good offers - my only gripe is that your delivery system is rubbish at times. I see now you have Yodel as your courier - previously I dealt with you and Parcel Force were excellent. I have had dealings with Yodel before and they can and are rubbish to deal with - I believe but am not sure that someone independent locally delivers for them sometimes. When it is this gentleman the delivery service is excellent but when it is Yodel themselves it is rubbish. You need to be using Royal Mail in my view who are much more reliable. I do hope that you will deliver to the post office if I am not in. We are good enough to give you our custom and you should be good enough to co-operate with us regarding delivery.
