I found e-buyer over the last 10 years or so one of the top websites for buying my IT-related products. I would say that 70% of my purchases have been done with e-buyer.
As a overall comment for potential improvement would be in the desktop systems. When i was about to purchase my desktop PC and wanted a bit more flexibility in terms of requirements (RAM, processing power, number of screens, etc) companies like Dell were slightly more competitive.
But overall the level of customer value that e-buyer offers is excellent.
