I have never had any problems with eBuyer in well over 10 years of dealing with them. Never had faulty goods - but it can happen to anyone - and never had a damaged delivery. There is a good and reasonably current range of products and not so many as to be overwhelmed. Prices are usually pretty good and there are always special deals. Turnaround is great ... well usually. I made the mistake of assuming this and ended up elsewhere to make my purchases as delivery of a very common product that I wanted could not be guaranteed and I lost the opportunity completely for a free next day delivery because of this. That's 3 products eBuyer missed out on from me. The only thing that is putting me off eBuyer of recent are the prolific and spammy emails I have been getting. There seems to be no way to opt out of these either. Don't leave something in your basket as you will only get yet another spammy "reminder". I think I may be turning off eBuyer notifications from now on.
