Products are quite good and the prices are fairly reasonable, I would prefer if postage was free on items over £20.00 instead of the £49.99. The biggest complaint I have is the payment screen, it nearly always fails to accept the payment and you have to re-enter your details, (not just once) in my case it was 3 times (for each item purchased over 4 days). I would say in their defence that when I phoned to check that one item (Epson printer) payment had actually been accepted the person on the phone was very helpful and confirmed that the item was waiting dispatch.
