I use Ebuyer as my main supplier of small IT items. Amazingly fast service, with no problems encountered over the last few years of occasional use. I find the regular emails of offers and deals of interest, plus their 'free delivery' promotion months. My only criticism of their website relates to free delivery offers, especially with small items like memory cards. Being told you're getting 'free deliver' then finding you're being charged £1.51 for postage is irksome. But if you're willing to wait, their Twitter account is very responsive and soon sorts out errors on the website. But I do find this puts me off making purchases sometimes, so it's maybe an issue that could lose them customers.
