I've been using eBuyer for several years. Their prices are competitive, delivery is efficient and on the few occasions that something has been wrong with the goods they have sorted things out without a lot of fuss. For my most recent shop I was caught out by a pop up saying "upgrade your order and get a free gift". Not having read it properly I didn't spot that the cost of the free gift was a very substantial increase in delivery charge. Changing my mind and getting rid of the free gift and restoring free delivery wasn't that straightforward and was quite irritating.
