Usually fast delivery, when I have ordered close to Christmas it has been a little slower but still within the specified time frame.
Orders are well packaged, I've never had an order damaged in transit.
My only gripe is that the returns take a very long time to be processed (my last took 3 weeks before I had a working product)!
