E-Buyer are generally very good, they however are let down badly by some of their external suppliers, missed deliveries, damaged goods and a really badly thought out returns procedure. We were once supplied the completely wrong product which was bad enough, we then had to wait until the wrong product had been returned before we were supplied the correct product, this changed a next day delivery to two weeks! Very poor service.
