Missed out on special deal for an item I have purchased - the daily deal (my conception is that is should be available for 24hours to qualify as 'a deal for a day'). Email didn't arrive until past midday (31.12.2013) and I was unable to pick up email until the following morning. The deal was then out of time - surely a deal for a day should be 24 hours from receipt of offer ? As a regular customer I am somewhat disappointed.
