In the many times I have ordered from Ebuyer in the last few years I have no had a problem. Their deliveries have been on time and in perfect condition.
To be honest I wouldn't rate them poor, but also haven't got any reason to rate VERY good, I also think it was too harsh to rate normal.
I haven't ordered from them enough, in my opinion, to have gotten the full extent of what they have to offer but from what I do know, I would buy from them again.
