I've been using Ebuyer for over 10 years now. I've had a maybe 2 or 3 issues in those years but have been deal with in a more than satisfactory manner, which is why I continue to use them. The only minor complaint is some items could have better/more accurate specifications. I normally end up searching other sites for this information. Their prices of course are the major factor to the popularity of the site, which for branded products makes it a no-brainer to use them.
