I have bought from ebuyer for about 8 years since I first built my desktop, which i have done a second time through them and intend to do for my latest and long over due upgrade. When i had a problem with my motherboard ebuyer requested that i sent it back for a refund towards buying a new one, which i did, however I also sent back my processor by mistake, but ebuyer also gave me the credit for that and as a result i got to upgrade my processor free of charge (due to change in prices). I have always had good service from them, the only real drawback i can say is charging for delivery. I understand charging for small items but spending £30 (in my opinion) warrants free standard delivery. It would be nice if when you are looking at items there was a guide for the postage costs of it nearby but i have only seen it when i go to the checkout which is rather annoying.
