I have used Ebuyer for many, many years and although in the early days their reputation of dreadful customer service overshadowed great value. Today they still deliver great value and in my experience pretty good technical support and returns systems......it is with regret that customer service could still be improved. With a 48 hour call back period on a very simple sales enquiry makes it a little hard to give a 5 star rating.
