The deals are generally quite good. There are new ones each day, The free delivery is reliable and I only ever had one problem, which was fixed (after some difficulty with pickup) but the customer service did get this sorted, there was very little quibbling just a few minor logistical issues (again, customer service did sort this out quite quickly - I was expecting more hassle after the pick up didn't arrive but they came up with an alternative and stuck to their end of this, so it was fairly annoying at the time but after it got resolved I was really rather pleased with the service).
