I ordered a new desktop PC, monitor and peripherals from Ebuyer to replace my dying pre-existing system. I paid on their finance scheme. I paid for Saturday delivery ( I ordered in Thursday evening), but received a text saying the items would be delivered on the Monday. I spoke to someone at customer service who advised me that sometimes there is a slight delay on delivery if you order on finance. I was a little annoyed as I had deliberately paid extra for Saturday delivery as I knew I could be in to recieve the package. The lady I spoke to was very nice, and offered to refund the cost of postage. Also, it is important to mention that my call was answered very quickly which I thought was excellent, especially since it was over the Xmas period so I assume that they would be working on a skeleton staff. Despite the above problem, the items were actually delivered on the Saturday, which I was over the moon about. The items were well packaged and I liked that they had a sticker on to say not to leave with a neighbour. While I trust my neighbours, I know that others are not so fortunate, and I certaintly would not be happy if such a high cost item was left with a complete stranger, so full marks to Ebuyer for understanding this. The items I received were good value for money, and a competitive price. The computer and peripherals work perfectly, and so far no problems. All in all I am very happy with my dealings with Ebuyer and would shop with them again. In fact, I have just ordered a wireless adpator, which I am confident will be much better then the over priced, poor quality one I picked up from Maplins at the weekend! ;)
