It has taken me 3 phonecalls and 2 hours to order a computer.
I had ordered in the past on a different email (which I had completely forgotten about) so was blocked at every turn. I tried to set up a new account, an account in my husbands name, but to no avail.
If I could have bought the same computer at a different site then I would have.
