After 9 years of loyalty to Ebuyers main competitor for PC components, OCUK have disgraced themselves leaving me without a PC for nearly 2 months courtesy of their returns procedure, and without so much as an apology or reimbursement for the numerous chargeable calls made to them. Wouldn't have been quite so bad except they very incredibly rude, unhelpful and attempted to offer part reimbursement?! Apologies for the details but what good would a review be without them? You've been warned! Fingers crossed for Ebuyer, they've always been keen on pricing and no issues with their service. Long may it continue and grow.
