Most people who shop on-line do so first because of price, and second because of the convenience of delivery. However, I had cause to call your 'Contact eBuyer' no. on three occasions for this order, because the first two calls (though the people were very helpful) did not return answers to the question I asked. The first promised me an 'e-mail response', that never came, and the second person called back with an answer to a different question, but not the one I'd asked (now twice). The third person (today) was less helpful, quite abrupt, and whilst she possibly did try and gain my 'answer', did so with ill grace. Not good.
