eBuyer used to be fantastic/
However the recent introduction of Yodel has made them unreliable.
I now only use them for non-essentials. Previously the delivery methods were 100% reliable. Now there is no choice who delivers it.
If we had the option to select R.M. or Yodel for the free delievery that would be better, I can quite happily collect from my sorting office. Yodel are the WORST courier company in the UK. I will NEVER use eBuyer again for anything that is valuable (they break shipments or lie about them being delivered) or that is time critical.
