I use them because they are cheap and usually quick. Annoyingly they use Yodel for deliveries who are about the worst currier you could imagine. Please ebuyer, strike a deal with UPS.
Website is a little short on details sometimes and annoyingly, if you purchase through paypal, your delivery settings there over-ride your previous ebuyer choices.
