I used to be able to totally rely on eBuyer and it's no exaggeration to say that my family have spent thousands of pounds with them. You could always rely on their deliveries, in fact we knew the van driver by name! Then they moved over to Yodel and things started to shall we say go downhill if not fall apart. Yodel seem to deliver by the seat of their pants, often late and sometimes in the late evening by private car. It's just not professional - in this part of the Country anyway. Yesterday my son tried to place an order with free overnight delivery that was promised in an email that he had received that same morning. he could not get this and the eBuyer site insisted that he pay £10 delivery so he ordered elsewhere. The goods were delivered from a van at 8 am this morning! Sort of says it all really! Why did I order from eBuyer today? They were a lot cheaper and I was not in a rush, but they are no longer my first port of call.
