I have been trying for several days to enter my order with eBuyer but the system did not allow me to get past the stage of entering the item into the basket. I particulary wanted to arange delivery for Monday 13th Jan (when I will be at home to accept the item) and bacause of the time it has taken to place the order the charge I have to pay for delivery has risen (so much for it being"free").
