Very easy-to-use experience. I thought the prices were very reasonable, and then - even better- there were many reductions on the site. I purchased a good quality webcam for a lot less than I expected to have to pay. If anything could be improved it would be the shipping flexibility - you must choose a particular day for the item to be estimated to be delivered on, with the shipping prices being reduced depending on how long you wait for the item. I chose 5 days +, but even this was a little pricey for 'super saver' shipping. However this is only a minor issue as I understand that with fragile products, the standard of transport/delivery must be high. Many thanks Ebuyer.
